How do I add a subscription?+
Tap the + button on the home screen. Enter the name, price, billing cycle, and next renewal date. SubscriptionCat will track it from there.
How do I edit or delete a subscription?+
Tap on any subscription in the list to open it. From there you can edit the details or delete it entirely.
Why am I not receiving renewal reminders?+
Make sure notifications are enabled for SubscriptionCat. Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → SubscriptionCat and ensure Allow Notifications is turned on.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
SubscriptionCat provides direct links to the official cancellation pages for many services. Tap the cancellation link inside any subscription to go directly to that page.
Is my data backed up?+
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your iPhone, your app data will be included in your iCloud backup automatically.
I lost my data after reinstalling. Can I recover it?+
If you had iCloud Backup enabled before uninstalling, restoring your iPhone from a backup should recover your data. Unfortunately, without a backup the data cannot be recovered as it is stored only on your device.
How do I restore my purchase?+
Open the app and go to Settings. Tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
